1. Acceptance and status
These draft Terms govern access to the Barkerapp website and participation interface. By using the interface, a user agrees to review all wallet and transaction information before signing. These Terms require project-owner and legal review before mainnet production use.
2. Barkerapp Points
Barkerapp Points are non-transferable participation records. They are not a token, ERC-20 asset, security, deposit account, ownership interest or financial product. Points cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn, redeemed for cash or represented as having cash value.
3. No airdrop or future rights
No airdrop, token allocation, snapshot, conversion ratio, governance right, financial return or future benefit is promised. A points balance does not establish eligibility for any future asset or program.
4. Optional 0.01 BOT boost
The boost is an optional fixed participation payment of exactly 0.01 BOT plus network gas. It is not a deposit, stake, investment, loan, yield product or purchase of a promised return. The contract forwards a successful boost payment to the configured project treasury.
5. Irreversible transactions
Successful blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Unless a separate policy is published, a confirmed boost payment is not refundable through the contract. Users are responsible for verifying the connected wallet, BOT Chain network, contract address, treasury address, amount and gas before confirmation.
6. Self-custody
barkerapp does not custody a user wallet or assets. Users remain responsible for wallet security, device access, recovery phrases and transaction approvals. barkerapp never requests a seed phrase, private key, keystore or wallet password.
7. No advice
barkerapp does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, legal or tax advice. Product descriptions, points and roadmap statements should not be interpreted as a recommendation, promise of profit or representation of future value.
8. Availability and risk
Smart contracts may contain defects. Wallets, browsers, RPC providers, explorers, networks and hosting infrastructure may fail, delay or become unavailable. The contract owner may pause new claims during an emergency. A treasury transfer failure may revert a boost transaction.
9. Eligibility and acceptable use
Users must be legally capable of using the service in their jurisdiction and must not use barkerapp to violate law, interfere with infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
10. Changes and suspension
The project may update, suspend or discontinue the interface or future features. Live contract state remains governed by the deployed contract. Roadmap items are directional and do not represent delivery promises.
11. Limitation framework
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the interface is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The final limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law and jurisdiction provisions must be selected and reviewed by the project owner and qualified counsel before mainnet launch.
12. Contact
An official contact channel and governing-law selection have not yet been configured. They must be supplied and legally reviewed before mainnet production launch.
